The Grady L. McClamrock, Sr. Makerspace is located downstairs. This area provides visitors ages 10 to 100 with a community space to tinker, create, and problem-solve. Classes, workshops, demonstrations, and lectures are offered to engage both youth and adult learners. Programming is built around the materials and capabilities of the Makerspace to provide ample opportunity for questioning, experimenting, and problem solving.
Makerspace tables with wheels allow the space to be set-up in a variety of different configurations. Focus areas include robotics, electronics, sewing, embroidery, art, manufacturing and more. Sign up for a class, or contact us at info@cognitiondavie.org to reserve a time work on your own creative project using our Makerspace resources.
